Center for Student Involvement

Jason H. Nolen-Doerr is the Director of the Center for Student Involvement at Northeastern University. He uses SAIL to integrate and strengthen learning across contexts in student programming. CSI recognizes over 450 organizations, created by students for students. These organizations focus on SAIL dimensions such as Global Mindset, Professional and Personal Development, and Social Consciousness and Commitment. By involving SAIL into the planning process with CSI, organization members are able to “get into the nuance and smaller aspects…which impact [their] overall growth.”
