Developing Prompts to Elicit Meaningful Reflection

One of the most important practices for learners–inside or outside of the classroom–is reflection. Through reflection, learners have the opportunity to make meaning of their experiences, make connections across experiences, and identify their strengths, weaknesses, and motivations. Reflection activities can take many forms, and are most effective when they are designed to achieve specific learning outcomes. In this one-hour quick bite, you will learn how to develop effective reflection activities.

Recommended for: Northeastern University educators interested in utilizing reflection to deepen learning.
